The strongest, most powerful country on planet, needs an on going program, that will provide continuous IMPROVED ( relative to retired shuttle) SHUTTLE EQUIVALENT Capabilities!
Cots, Orion are great, but we must have continuous on orbit capabilities.
This is or should be obvious to anyone who thinks about it!
