Amazing how a three time shuttle cmdr can't see /understand the difference between operational shuttle capability, and significantly inferior, non flying , inadequately funded , non manned rated vehicles. Maybe related to a administrator who loves his job rather than resign & speak out for what is best for AMERICA!
